HOW TO PERFORM
  1. Adjust the seat so your hips and lower back remain supported at the bottom.
  2. Place both feet securely on the platform at roughly shoulder width.
  3. Release the safety, lower the platform under control and keep knees tracking with toes.
  4. Press through the whole foot and finish without forcefully locking the knees.
KEY TECHNIQUE POINTS
  • Keep your pelvis and back against the pad.
  • Use the deepest comfortable range you can control.
  • Keep pressure distributed across heel, big toe and little toe.
COMMON MISTAKES
  • Allowing the lower back to round away from the pad.
  • Letting the knees collapse inward.
  • Bouncing out of the bottom or locking the knees aggressively.
SYLO COACHING TIP

Set the seat for your body before adding weight. A repeatable position makes progress safer and easier to measure.
